My Menu Plans


Please keep in mind that my eating also accomodates allergies I have to wheat and dairy products, among other things. Your diet may not have to be so strict. These are some of my weekly menu plans.

Health Valley Rice Crunch-Ems Cereal & Rice Dream Vanilla Rice Milk/ Nature's Path Mesa Sunrise Cereal & Pacific Foods Oat Milk (alternating- every other day)

 Lunch

I usually just plan a few main dishes/meals for the week and then eat leftovers for lunches. So, I haven't yet decided what day I will eat what on. I may actually need to go to the grocery store again on Friday- but perhaps not. It may work better at first to be a little more structured. This is just what I have grown accustomed to doing in order to deal with my own dietary/cooking needs.

Sea Salt and Vinegar Kettle Chips, Leroux Creek Apple Berry Sauce, Libby's Pear and Peaches, Carrots and Celery, Fresh Fruit (kiwi, apples, pineapple)

Stow Mills Corn Flakes Cereal & Rice Dream Vanilla Rice Milk/ Arrowhead Mills Spelt Flakes Cereal & Pacific Foods Oat Milk (alternating- every other day)
