Ketchup
Remember that tomatoes may be a trigger food- however, if you must have
ketchup, here are two that don't have sugar
- Westbrea Unsweetened Un-ketchup (Ingredients: Water, tomato
paste, apple cider vinegar, salt, onion, natural flavor
- Tree of Life Organic Ketchup (Ingredients: Organic Tomato paste,
water, apple cider vinegar, organic brown rice syrup, spices, sea salt)
Mustard
- Grey Poupon (original kind) (Ingredients: Water, mustard seed,
vinegar, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, spices)
- French's mustard (Ingredients: Vinegar, water, mustard seed,
salt, tumeric, paprika, spice, garlic, natural flavor)
Pickles/Relish
- Cascadian Farms Dill Pickles
- Cascadian Farms Kosher Pickles
- Cascadian Farms Sauerkraut
- NOT OK: Cascadian Farms Bread and Butter (Pickle) Chips &
Sweet Relish
Egg Free, Soy Free Mayonnaise
- Trader Joe's Unsweetened, Low Sodium, Eggless Cholesterol-Free Mayonnaise
Dressing (Ingredients: Water, Canola Oil, Modified Food Starch, Distilled
Vinegar, Whey Protein Concentrate, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Non-Fat Dried Milk,
Lemon Juice Concentrate, Onion Powder, Xanthan Gum, Natural Vitamin E,
Natural Flavors, Oleoresin Paprika, Oleoresin Turmeric.)
Other Sauces that are NOT OK (of course, I have not read every
sauce label- these are just the ones I have looked at- let me know of others)
